1) the still scenery: water, trees, leaves, hay, blue sky and clouds, sunlight and shade;
2) the physical forces affecting the scenery: wind causing:
I. distortion in the reflection (waves changing their shape),
II. clouds to move on the blue sky and block the sun (thus causing:)
III. changes in the local temperature;
3) time quantity longer than a present but shorter than a photograph: from the abstraction it is impossible to grasp the immediate present yet also difficult to see the short moments following each other as a sequence.
Wow and Flutter is the name of the measurement used for estimating alterations in reproducted sound's stability and consistency.
Wow is speed variations in the sound causing its pitch to rise and fall,
flutter is erraticness in the way the sound advances (
"to vibrate in irregular spasms").
